Discovering local products with the historic train!

When boarding the historic train, one is catapulted into an atmosphere of times gone by. The train runs between Locarno and Camedo at a maximum speed of 40 km per hour, offering passengers a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape.

Once in Camedo, each exit offers new emotions thanks to the themed experiences offered in the old train depot.

Looking forward to the arrival of summer, we will welcome you to Camedo by offering a bar corner, musical entertainment, fun activities for children, and the tasting and purchase of local products.

The historic train is made up of the 1963 ABDe 6/6 electric train and a carriage, which, depending on the season and the thematic experience proposed, can be either the AB4 carriage from 1923 or the B123 carriage from 1963.
