Museo Casorella

This recently renovated museum is home to Locarno’s art treasures. There are around 4,500 pieces, consisting of paintings, sculptures and prints.

The permanent exhibition displays works from “La Galassia di Arp”, Filippo Franzoni and the estate of Nesto Jacometti, and includes oeuvres by artists from the École de Paris (1920–70).

Creations by Max Bill are on show in the gardens.
