Traveling aboard the Vigezzina-Centovalli Railway, in addition to providing magical thrills, can also allow you to win incredible prizes! How to do it. Fill out the postcards found at the stations in Muralto, Ponte Brolla, Tegna, Intragna, Verdasio and Camedo and post them in the designated letterboxes.
Every year in December among all participants, one lucky winner is drawn to win a fantastic prize worth CHF 750!
Terms and conditions of participation
- The competition is organized by the Vigezzina-Centovalli Railway, with headquarters at Via D. Galli 9, 6600 Locarno (TI).
- Only one entry per person is allowed in the contest.
- All individuals in their own name who are 18 years of age or older may participate. Participants who have already turned sixteen but are not yet of age may enter the contest only with the consent of their legal guardian.
- Children under the age of 16 and legally incapacitated persons are excluded from participation. Employees of FART and the Vigezzina-Centovalli Railway are also excluded from participation.
- The Vigezzina-Centovalli Railway reserves the right to exclude from participation persons who violate these conditions of participation or who obtain or attempt to obtain an advantage over other participants by improperly influencing or manipulating the contest. In such cases, the Vigezzina-Centovalli Railway may also subsequently exclude participants from the contest, withdraw the prizes and reclaim them.
- By taking part in the competition, the participant accepts the applicability of Swiss substantive law, excluding the rules of private international law, as well as the exclusive subjection in case of litigation to the competent court at the seat of the organizer.
- After the contest is over, all eligible participants will be randomly drawn through the use of an automatic number generator. The participant wins if he/she is drawn, if he/she fulfills the participation requirements, and if he/she correctly answered the question posed or commented with the required emoji.
- The participant will be contacted via private message and will be informed of the prize win; the winner/winner will be required to provide all personal information requested in accordance with the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.
- If the participant/winner(s) does not respond to the communication within three calendar days of its sending and/or does not prove within the same period of time that he/she fulfills the participation requirements, the right to win automatically lapses. In that case, another winner(s) will be contacted.
- The prize will be sent electronically or by mail as appropriate.
