THE VOUCHER CANNOT BE REDEEMED DURING THE FOLIAGE SEASON (between mid-October and mid-November) AND DURING THE SANTA MARIA MAGGORE CHRISTMAS MARKETS (December 6th, 7th, and 8th).

The gift voucher you received is not valid as a travel ticket for the Vigezzina-Centovalli trains, but it allows you to book your trip independently directly on the website https://prenota.vigezzinacentovalli.com/ in the VOUCHER REDEMPTION section.

3. You will find some non-modifiable parameters, such as the departure and arrival locations, depending on the voucher originally purchased
4. Change the date, keeping the same date for both outbound and return trips.
5. DO NOT SELECT ANY INTERMEDIATE STOPS.
6. The ticket can be used for a shorter route (e.g., Domodossola – Re).
