All participants over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the Ferrovia Vigezzina-Centovalli competitions. Each user is responsible for the accuracy of their data. In the event of incorrect, missing or incomplete data, Ferrovia Vigezzina-Centovalli reserves the right to cancel the prize.
Ferrovia Vigezzina-Centovalli is the entity responsible for the competitions and is indicated as the “contact” in these regulations.

Participation in the Ferrovia Vigezzina-Centovalli competitions does not imply any type of cost or purchase of products.
Users who wish to participate in a competition must have an internet connection. Ferrovia Vigezzina-Centovalli defines the prohibition of participating in its competitions with multiple social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, …) and participating multiple times in the same game.

The games organized by Ferrovia Vigezzina-Centovalli have no connection with the Facebook or Instagram platforms; they do not sponsor or support the contest organizer in any way. The data sent by participants is not received by Facebook or Instagram, but by the contest organizer. Clarifications, comments or observations must therefore be sent directly to the latter.

Collaborators and partners of the organizer, as well as those responsible for managing the games and their families, are excluded from participation. The organizer does not assume any responsibility in the event of technical or any other problems.

Game conduct
The contests are always published on the organizer’s page. In each game, a winner is always drawn at random from among all the users who participated. Participation in the draw is automatic if the user respects the deadlines indicated in the game description. The organizer will inform the winner via Social Media within one week (7 days) of the indicated deadline. The winning user must then give confirmation via private message to the organizer’s page. If the winner does not confirm the win within 3 days of the communication, the organizer reserves the right to proceed with a new draw.

The referent shall, for each competition, indicate the prizes up for grabs in the description of the game in a publication on the page of each of its Social-Media channels. In the event of winning a trip on the referent’s trains, the seat reservation is the responsibility of the winning user. The referent cannot guarantee the availability of seats on the dates chosen by the winning user. If the referent, for any reason, is unable to make the prize available, he reserves the right to find a replacement prize of the same value. The prizes of the Ferrovia Vigezzina-Centovalli competitions are not interchangeable or transferable. Cash payments and legal action are totally excluded. The winning user is responsible for any taxation of the prize won.

Data protection
None of the data provided by participating users (Name, email address, any photographs, etc.) are stored or used for marketing purposes. The winning user is contacted by the referent via his/her profile (via private message). The contact person reserves the right to request the data necessary for sending the prize from the winning user. The contact details of the winning user will not be used by the contact person for promotional purposes either.

By participating in the games on the Social Media of the Ferrovia Vigezzina-Centovalli, the participating user automatically accepts these conditions of participation. In the event of violation of the conditions of participation or an attempt to manipulate the competition, the contact person reserves the right to exclude any offenders from the competition. In this case, the prize will be cancelled and the return of the prize will be requested.

Final decisions
The applicable law is the law of the Swiss Confederation. Legal recourse is excluded.
