A journey through time in breathtaking scenery!
Travelling aboard the historic train means stepping back into another era. The train runs between Locarno and Camedo at a maximum speed of 40 km/h, offering passengers a stunning view of the surrounding landscape.
Journeys on the historic train captivate everyone: children gazing with excitement and bright smiles out of the window (which can be opened!), older passengers reliving memories of their youth, and young couples in search of an unusual and romantic getaway.
A unique travel experience born from the collaboration between our railway and SEFT (Società Esercizio Ferroviario Turistico).
The historic train consists of the ABDe 6/6 railcar from 1963 and the B123 carriage from 1963.
In case of technical issues with the historic train, the trips will take place using the current rolling stock.
Private events for groups can be arranged.
