The museum takes its visitors on a journey back in time and shows them traditions and crafts from occupations and customs of the early 20th century. The adventure tour leads through around a dozen rooms. Sounds, images and stories bring the region to life. The writer Benito Mazzi, a gifted storyteller, gives an introduction to the tour.

The oversized postcards from days gone by resurrect the valley’s past. Our railway is also to be found as a theme here. The journey continues with the topics of forest, wood, agriculture and alpine dairies, giving information about water and the story of the origins of tourism in the villages of the valley.

The multimedia tour engrosses all the senses and is a skilful mix of the traditional and the modern.
