The emotions begin in Locarno by boarding a train of the Vigezzina-Centovalli Railway. A journey to discover the wild nature of the Centovalli and its characteristic villages, in a succession of deep gorges, wild mountains, rivers and waterfalls.
Once in Verdasio, the cable car ascent will take you to Rasa in just a few minutes. A hidden gem in the natural jewel box of the Centovalli, the last Ticino village that is car-free. The village, at just under 900 metres, is located on a magnificent panoramic terrace overlooking the valley.
It is in this idyllic setting of absolute tranquillity that the yoga-trekking route takes place. A circular route, with stops dedicated to culture and yoga, accompanied by a yoga and meditation teacher and a tour guide (difficulty of the hike T2).
