The journey takes just a few minutes but it is like travelling in time, with authentic places and magical countryside along the way.
The valley station of the Verdasio–Rasa cableway is situated next to Verdasio station.
Railway operating hours (05.03.2023 - 06.11.2023)
9.00 a.m.–1.00 p.m. / 2.20–6.00 p.m., departs every 20 minutes.
Closed every first Tuesday of the month for inspection work.
The indicated duration includes the journey by train.

Combined ticket (train and cable car)
The ticket includes a round trip from Locarno to Verdasio and the round trip with the cable car Verdasio-Rasa. The ticket is valid only with departure from Locarno.
