Isella - Olgia

Olgia is a hamlet in the municipality of Re, located on an elevated terrace with a view of Monte Gridone, a mountain that was a meeting place for witches according to a legend handed down over generations.

However, in reality, Monte Gridone harboured secret paths that enabled smuggling in times of war. From the small village, you can see the customs post which was in place to stop illegal border trading.
